Who we are
Collingwood Bath & Tile is a bathroom renovation and tile installation business in Collingwood, Ontario. You can reach us at 705-818-2929 or cwoodbathandtile@gmail.com about anything in this policy.
What we collect
- When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the type of job, the town, your timing, your preferred day and time for a site visit, and your message.
- When you call, text or email us: whatever you choose to send, including photos of the room.
- When you visit the website: our host, Cloudflare, handles basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and block abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, book a site visit, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, do the job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Quote requests from the website go to our business Google account: an email to us, a row in a Google Sheet, and an entry on our Google Calendar. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your quote, your project and our business records, then delete it. If you contacted us and we never worked together, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Call or text 705-818-2929 or email cwoodbathandtile@gmail.com, and we will take care of it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
